Humbser und Freunde in Fuerth

We have already got ourselves a cooking box twice - once "Schäufele-Party", once "Duck good, everything is good" and were thrilled both times! The dishes are well prepared and the portions are very neat. There are lovingly designed preparation instructions for the "finishing" included, which resulted in a great crust in both the Schäufele and the duck! The preparation of the dishes takes about 1/2 hour, then you can enjoy three freshly prepared courses like in a pub. The prices are quite reasonable, a clear recommendation from me!

One of the most beautiful locations in Fürth, both inside and outside. The industrial look is extraordinary and really impressive. We were enthusiastic about the service and the friendliness of the staff and felt we were well looked after. All special requests were fulfilled. The veal schnitzel is highly recommended, as is the naturally cloudy Humbser. Top address!

Food tastes good, so does beer, prices are relatively high. But the acoustics are a catastrophe, you don't understand your own word. The host would have to retrofit acoustic panels that absorb the sound.

Very nice, modern but quaint and cozy restaurant with top staff, good beers and excellent food. The level or quality of the food felt above the green and on a par with the green tree, so the price is more comparable to it. I've been there several times and never disappointed, unless we didn't get a place once :)

Great location - with an extraordinary ambience. Even the way to the toilet is exciting. If a lot of people chatter, the noise level can lead to communication difficulties. The service is attentive and brisk. Food was delicious😋

Just a dream! Amazing building and delicious food. Here the concept of turning old into new has been implemented with a lot of love and a good hand. Anyone who has never been there needs time to marvel at the brewhouse with their eyes. Then you can look for a place in peace. There is also a beer garden! The food is delicious and fresh. Well seasoned and served very nicely. Service good, all good! Oh yes, the beer! Everything your heart desires and the naturally cloudy Humbser runs down your throat and makes you thirsty for a second. It's great that the recipe is being brewed again.

A very nice local restaurant. Good German cuisine with international accents is served. The vegetarian goat cheese burger is an insider tip here.

The furnishing style is very rustic which I like, service very friendly. Food was really nothing special. The toilet is felt 5 floors away. A bit unsuitable for such a huge building.

The best Käsespätzle I've ever had. The staff is really friendly. Reasonable prices. This is one of the nicest restaurants in Fürth.

A old bier factory that was renovated. Atmosphere was good, with music from the 90s. Service is fast and food very good. Prices are ok. Parking is possible on the street free but they don't offer parking. Toilets are clean. Were in the basement but it is a elevator too. Weekends you must make a reservation. Definitely will visit again.

Always happy to come here - for dinner or just for a beer! Great ambience in a venerable building. Today there was a special game menu with fresh meat from the hunter. The menu was varied, creative in the composition of the products and one thing above all: delicious!

Extraordinary architecture in the former Humbser brewery. A beautiful place. Jugendstil building, old valves, switchboards, stuff very well preserved. Food is good.

First of all: most important is the great amount of Franconia beer! Also the very exceptional and decent presentation and variety of food. Interpretation is quite awesome. Tastes o classical foods interpreted in new ways. Most impressive is the vegetarian variety of mushrooms. Nice ambient, reflecting the history of the house and quite friendly service. We're very satisfied with the evening!

Unfortunately I have to write here - nothing special. The service was friendly and fast. There was a cream of asparagus, which was rather a warm cream with asparagus pieces. The cheeks were very praised. Schnitzel was ok, the potato salad is certainly better. The cheese spaetzle could also be eaten. There are certainly better restaurants.

Very good food with a wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service is a bit slow, but accommodating and very friendly. The prices are reasonable. On Sundays there are special dishes such as roulades or Sauerbraten. Furthermore, there are always changing beers. The parking situation is very modest.
